From registration to ongoing local support
How it works
Four steps. You always know where you stand.
Consultation
A 45-minute call. We map your plan against Turkish requirements and tell you which company form fits, what documents are needed, what it costs and how long it takes. No obligation.
Registration
We prepare the articles of association, obtain your tax number, register with the trade registry and chamber of commerce, and open the corporate bank account. You sign; we handle the rest, in Turkish.
Sourcing, where needed
If you need production or supply, we shortlist manufacturers against your specification, visit them, check references and registrations, and negotiate terms on your behalf.
Ongoing local presence
After launch we remain your local point of contact: accounting and filings, correspondence with authorities and banks, contracts and everyday questions — in Danish, English or Turkish.
Example scenarios
How we work in practice.
Vela Connection was founded in 2026. The following are illustrative situations, not past clients — they show how the A–Z process runs in each case.
Moving production, without the language
A Danish entrepreneur wants a Turkish company to bring production costs down, but does not know the legal route and speaks no Turkish. We advise on the company form, complete the registration and tax setup, and then stay on as the local contact so nothing has to be handled at a distance.
Importing without a trusted supplier
A European retailer wants to import textiles from Türkiye but has no supplier it can rely on. We shortlist manufacturers against the specification, visit and vet them, and introduce the two parties. Where the trade requires a Turkish entity, we register it in parallel.
A local presence without local staff
A company already trading in Türkiye needs someone on the ground for banking, authorities and contracts, but not a payroll. We act as the local representative: we attend the meetings, keep the filings current and report back in writing.
Services
What we take responsibility for.
Company formation, legal & tax
Company form, articles of association, trade registry, tax number, social security registration and corporate bank account — with a Turkish accountant who reports in a format your auditor at home accepts.
Supplier & manufacturer sourcing
We shortlist and vet manufacturers against your specification, visit the site, check registrations and references, and negotiate terms in Turkish.
Ongoing local representation
One named adviser in Türkiye for accounting, filings, banks, authorities and everyday questions — in Danish, English or Turkish.
About
Danish and Turkish, in equal measure.
Vela Connection was founded in 2026 to help European entrepreneurs and companies enter the Turkish market properly — directly, rather than through a chain of intermediaries. We work from Copenhagen and İstanbul, and you keep the same two contacts from the first conversation onwards.
